Who and what this covers
KKCards is a personal-use desktop application designed to organize trading cards, prepare listings, and, when the operator authorizes it, interact with the operator's own eBay seller account. It is not a public eBay seller service and does not offer third-party account registration.
eBay information and permissions
If the operator grants eBay access, KKCards may use the specific OAuth permissions granted to retrieve seller identity, listings, and seller account settings and, if separately enabled in the application, manage listings or upload listing images. It uses this information to help the operator review and manage the operator's own card listings. Authorization is voluntary and can be revoked through eBay. KKCards does not request the operator's eBay password.
Local storage
Inventory records, listing drafts, and photographs are kept on the operator's computer. eBay OAuth tokens and pending authorization state are stored locally and encrypted with Windows user-scoped DPAPI. This public website does not receive or store that local inventory or those tokens. The eBay callback URL may briefly contain a one-time authorization code and verification state during the sign-in process; the operator transfers that URL directly to their local application.
Web hosting and technical data
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like other hosting services, Cloudflare may process technical information associated with requests, such as IP addresses and request URLs, under its own service policies. KKCards does not intentionally add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, external fonts, or cookies to these pages. Sensitive callback URLs should not be shared.
Sharing and retention
KKCards sends authorized requests to eBay's APIs to perform actions selected by the operator. The site does not sell personal information or provide card data to advertisers. The operator controls the local copies of inventory and credentials; revoking eBay access and removing the local application's stored data are separate actions.
Questions and updates
The application operator maintains this privacy notice and may update it as KKCards functionality changes. Privacy inquiries can be directed to the registered developer of the KKCards application through their eBay developer contact information. This limited-use project does not operate a public customer account portal.
